Legal notice:
1) QDU is a data converter from Yahoo! to MetaStock in their respective data
formats. Telmerca, the owner of the programm, can neither foresee possible changes to
those formats made by Yahoo! or Equis, nor to the conditions of use of the data or the
MetaStock programm.
2) Telmerca does not assume any obligation to provide its users with new versions of QDU
in order to adapt it to those possible changes. Nevertheless, it declares itself
engaged with their users in trying to assure the continuity of the data conversion
service.
3) Consequently, QDU has an optional initial fee for permitting the
construction of the historical data bases. The payment of this fee opens a usage credit
that permits updates on a daily basis for a period of one year
or 1000 sessions. Once this year has elapsed or sessions are wasted, if
you decide to pay the usage fee for them, you get a new usage
credit for one additional year / 1000 sessions, and so on.
